http://www.bellsouth.com/outageMsgs/ebpp_outage.html has been the message all day. i'm trying to pay our bill Is it down or is it just me claims it's working, but i think that machine doesn't get this message and comprehend it.

Can anyone get to www.bellsouth.com/pay and get a "login" instead of the outage page?
